The AHA’s Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course trains participants to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. Reflects science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).

Who should take this course?

The AHA’s Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements, or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. Examples of people who should take this course are:

 *Contruction workers

 *School Teachers and other school staff

 *Fitness Instructors

 *Security Gaurds (unless employed at a hospital, then you need BLS)

 *Boat Capitains with Coastguard requirements and other fishing industry employees.

 *Persons working in maunfacturing, engineering, and other non-medical industries.

You can also consider an Online Hybrid Option. We are adding more appointments for the online/in-person hybrid FastTrack classes where you can do most of the learning online. These offer the same AHA certification as the classroom- based courses but significantly reduces the in-person time.
